Returns
We really hoped you liked your Meaco product, however we understand sometimes things don't work out. If you need to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If a request is not made within 14 days from the date of delivery, we cannot accept unwanted returns. If you have requested a return but have not had a response from our team, this will still be accepted provided the request was made within the 14 days and the product is in a resalable condition.

Very impressed so far
Only had it around a week - but works well on the Laudry mode - which was one of the key reasons for purchase. Not tried the other settings yet, but I am sure that they will be just as good as laundry mode.

Was quite surprised at how much electricity the DDL8 Zambezi consumed in the first few days, to be fair it did remove a lot of moisture from air. it's now settled down and is no more expensive to run than the old Ebac it replaced.

This is the second one I have bought it runs almost continuously just turns off and on when it reaches the set humidity.we have a problem with black mould on cold outer walls this machine has sorted that problem out .two other family members have one of these also.I would recommend it
