We are doing our very best to adhere to the delivery expectations set out below, however we are unable to guarantee delivery dates due to extra social distancing at our warehouse which has been put in place to keep staff safe.

Once your parcel is with Parcel Force unfortunately the delivery time is out of our control and there may be a delay, however we have found that the majority of orders are delivered on time with no complications.
Due to a busy period Royal Mail are experiencing delivery delays. If your order is affected we kindly ask you to wait a little longer than usual for your order to arrive. If it has been 14 working days and you have not received your order, please contact us and we will assist you further. Apologies in advance for any inconveniences which may have been caused.
Mainland UK delivery options
All Meaco products (excluding spares) are available for Next Working Day delivery if you order before 1pm Monday to Friday to locations across mainland UK, unless the product is out of stock or only available on pre-order.
At checkout you will have the option to upgrade your delivery to either Next Working Day Morning delivery or Saturday delivery. These delivery options come at an extra cost which will be added at checkout. These delivery options are not available for every product - see the Shipping tab on the product page for the delivery options available for the specific product.
Our deliveries are made by Parcel Force who provide our customers with a fast and reliable service. If a mobile number was provided at checkout, on the morning of delivery you will receive a text message from Parcel Force with an hour’s delivery time slot and a link to track the driver delivering your parcel.
Delivery to work, a friend or a collection point?
If you are unable to accept delivery of your parcel at home due to work or other commitments, enter an alternative delivery address at checkout for example a work address, a friend’s address or a neighbour’s address.
Due to the value of our products unfortunately the option to leave the parcel in a safe place is not possible, however you can choose to have your parcel taken to a local Parcel Force shop for collection. This can only be done once you have received your delivery information from Parcel Force on the morning of delivery.
Delivery of spare parts
Most spare parts are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Post – for specific information visit the Shipping tab on the product page. These items will be delivered with your normal postal delivery and will not have any tracking. All orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Please allow 5 working days for your order to arrive.
Delivery of larger products
Delivery of commercial dehumidifiers (those over 30kgs) are delivered via a palletised service to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. We will contact you if we require any further regarding the delivery.
Deliveries over water
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Wight will be sent on Next Working Day Delivery using Parcel Force however they may take a little long to get to you. Orders are generally received within 2-3 working days. There is a surcharge for delivery of all products over water (excluding spare parts) which will be added at checkout.
