We really hoped you liked your Meaco product, however we understand sometimes things don't work out. If you need to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If a request is not made within 14 days from the date of delivery, we cannot accept unwanted returns. If you have requested a return but have not had a response from our team, this will still be accepted provided the request was made within the 14 days and the product is in a resalable condition (1).

Fill out the form on the Returns Portal.

Once your return has been confirmed, we will be in touch with your DPD drop off label. This can take up to 3 working days.
3.
Package your item in the original box and packaging with all parts included.
4.
Print your return label and attach it to the outside of the box (make sure any previous labels are removed or covered).
5.
Locate your nearest DPD drop off shop (you can find your closest one here) and drop off your item.
6.
If your return has been received in a resalable condition, your refund(2) will be processed within 14 working days and we’ll send you an email to let you know it’s on its way.

How much does it cost to return my order?
If you are returning a Cirro® Super Quiet Smart Portable Air Conditioner or MeacoCool MC Series Pro Portable Air Conditioner a return charge of £50 will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning spare parts or filters a return charge of £5 will be deducted from your refund.
