Ecommerce Executive | Guildford

Title

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to support the day-to-day management of our three Shopify stores. Reporting into the Senior Ecommerce Manager, this is a role ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in ecommerce operations, merchandising and onsite optimisation.

 

You will play a key role in ensuring our websites are accurate, well-merchandised and provide a great customer experience, while supporting campaigns, product launches and ongoing trading activity.

Responsibilities

Shopify & Website Support

  • Support the day-to-day management of three Shopify stores (and more as we expand).
  • Assist with product set-up, including uploading products, managing variants, pricing and product data.
  • Ensure product pages are accurate, up to date and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support website updates for campaigns, promotions and seasonal activity.

Merchandising & Trading

  • Assist with onsite merchandising, including collections and navigation.
  • Support trading activity to help improve conversion rate and customer journey.
  • Ensure key products are visible and correctly presented across the site.

SEO & Content Support

  • Support on-site SEO best practice, including page structure, metadata and content updates.
  • Ensure product content is optimised for both search engines and customers.
  • Work with the wider team to implement SEO recommendations.

Customer Experience

  • Help maintain a high-quality customer experience across the website.
  • Identify and flag any usability issues, broken journeys or content errors.

Experience

Marketplace Manager | Remote

Title

We are looking for a commercially driven Marketplace Manager to accelerate growth across our ecommerce and marketplace channels, with a primary focus on scaling our marketplace performance internationally.

 

While this role will support the day-to-day operation of our Shopify store, the core responsibility is to own, optimise and grow our presence across marketplaces, primarily Amazon (UK, Germany and France), alongside additional European platforms via ChannelEngine (including Otto, Kaufland and MediaMarkt).

 

This role is ideal for someone who is data-led, commercially curious and motivated by performance. You will be responsible for driving visibility, conversion and revenue through best-in-class product set-up, continuous testing and close collaboration with paid media and SEO teams.

Responsibilities

Marketplaces (primary focus) 

  • Own the day-to-day management of Amazon across the UK, Germany and France, as well as other international Amazon marketplaces as we expand.
  • Manage additional European marketplaces via ChannelEngine (e.g. Otto, Kaufland, MediaMarkt), ensuring listings are accurate, optimised and commercially effective.
  • Set up and maintain product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, imagery, A+ content and backend attributes.
  • Ensure all listings follow platform best practice and local market requirements.
  • Monitor marketplace performance, identifying opportunities to improve visibility, conversion and sales.
  • Lead and implement A/B testing on product content and assets to optimise performance.
  • Stay up to date with marketplace updates, algorithm changes and emerging best practice.

Paid media & SEO collaboration 

  • Liaise closely with the PPC team to support paid activity on marketplaces, particularly Amazon Ads.
  • Ensure product listings are optimised for marketplace SEO to support both organic and paid performance.
  • Share insights and performance learnings with internal teams to continually improve results.

Shopify support (secondary focus) 

Support the day-to-day running of the Shopify store, including:

  • Product set-up and merchandising
  • Updating assets and content for campaigns
  • Ensuring product pages are accurate, up to date and aligned with campaign priorities.

International & Cultural Insight

  • Use fluent German and fluent English to ensure content, tone and positioning are appropriate for different markets.
  • Apply an understanding of cultural and commercial differences between UK, German and French markets.
  • Work with translators for non-English/German markets while ensuring final outputs meet brand and platform standards.

Experience

Essential:

  • Proven experience managing marketplaces, particularly Amazon.
  • Experience working with A+ content and Amazon Brand Registry.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace product set-up, optimisation and best practice.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will play a key part in executing campaigns, localising global marketing assets and supporting retail-focused initiatives.

 

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across a wide range of marketing activities, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring marketing plans are delivered accurately and on time. You will work closely with the UK marketing team, external agencies and internal commercial teams to ensure all marketing activity is effectively adapted for the German market.

We are seeking a commercially minded and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and deliver all marketing activity in Germany. Reporting into the Marketing Director and working closely with the UK marketing team, this role is responsible for translating global strategy into effective, locally relevant execution for the German market.

 

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic thinking with strong executional capability. You will oversee day-to-day marketing operations in Germany, manage one direct report (Marketing Executive), and work with external agencies to drive brand awareness, retail performance and commercial growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong retail marketing experience, be comfortable working across a broad range of marketing disciplines, and thrive in a matrix structure where assets, content and direction are largely developed centrally and adapted locally.

Responsibilities

Market leadership & strategy 

  • Lead and execute the marketing strategy for Germany, ensuring it aligns with overall brand objectives while being tailored to local market needs, behaviours and commercial priorities.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to define priorities, annual plans and campaign focus for the German market.
