Product not working as you expected?

All Meaco products (excluding spare parts) purchased directly from ourselves or from an authorised reseller come with a two-year warranty – this can be extended to a total of five years here.

If your product is not working as you expected it to, we have a team of very knowledgeable and friendly Customer Service representatives who will be happy to help you and resolve your issue as quickly as possible. To chat to us call us on 01483 234900, use our Live Chat or email us at

If we are unable to fix your issue remotely, we will send you a pre-paid DPD label to enable you to return your product and either repair or replace it (depending on the fault and the age of the product). Please find our warranty terms and conditions here. We will need to see proof of purchase before this can take place.

Even if you are outside of warranty please do contact us as we want to look after you the best we can regardless of how old your machine is..
