Fans for every room

Whether you need a quiet fan for your bedroom, a desk fan for your home office, or a pedestal fan for a larger living space, there is a MeacoFan to suit your lifestyle.

Our range includes portable battery fans for cooling on the go, table air circulators for targeted airflow, pedestal fans with adjustable height settings for flexible cooling around the room and new for 2026, Sefte® Tower fans, too.

Our air circulators move air around your room and across your skin, helping you feel cooler while you work, relax or sleep. You don’t need an open window or an air conditioner to enjoy that cooling breeze.

Why choose a MeacoFan air circulator?

Our air circulators are designed around three things that matter when you want to stay comfortable: more powerful airflow, exceptionally low noise and low energy consumption.

Across the range, you’ll find whisper-quiet performance, operating from as low as 20 dB; alongside powerful air circulation that reaches up to 32m - roughly the length of a Boeing 737 plane!

Our unique Air Beam Precision gives you greater control over exactly where that airflow goes. On Sefte® air circulators, adjustable horizontal and vertical oscillation lets you choose a narrower beam for targeted personal cooling or wider movement to circulate air around the whole room.

You can enjoy up to 12 fan speeds, from gentle airflow to powerful cooling. Energy-efficient brushless DC fan-motors and Eco mode on selected models also help you to reduce and manage energy use so you can maintain your comfort cooling for as little as 1p/ kWh.

Why choose a tower fan?

Tower fans provide powerful cooling in a slim, space-saving design, making them a practical choice where you want strong airflow without the footprint or appearance of a traditional pedestal fan.

The Sefte® tower fan range combines Meaco's focus on quiet operation with a wide air channel designed to provide broad, full-body cooling. Air Beam Precision lets you choose between 45°, 90°, 135° and 180° oscillation, so you can concentrate airflow around one person or spread it across a wider area.

The compact Sefte® 19" tower fan is suited to smaller spaces such as home offices and kitchens and operates from as little as 22 dB. The taller Sefte® Smart 36" Tower Fan starts from just 20 dB and is designed for larger living areas and open-plan spaces, with app and voice control for additional flexibility.

Both offer 12 fan speeds, Night and Eco modes and a high-efficiency DC motor, giving you precise control without unnecessary noise or energy use.

Choosing the right fan for your space

The best fan for you can be very personal! It depends on where you plan to use it, how much airflow you need and whether you want a tower, portable, desk or pedestal design.

For a home office, bedside table, kitchen side or other smaller space, a compact table air circulator or smaller tower fan gives you effective cooling without taking up much room. For cooling on the go, a cordless portable fan adds the freedom to move your cooling from room to room or out and about, no strings attached.

For bedrooms, living rooms and larger spaces, a pedestal fan or taller tower fan can deliver airflow at a useful height across a wider area. Great for moving air throughout the whole room and keeping the whole family cool and comfortable.

If you are choosing between models, think about the room size, noise level, height, battery life and control options that matter most.

Which fans are the best and most effective?

Meaco's fan range has also received independent recognition for its performance with their range of fan speeds, whisper-quiet operation and low energy use. The MeacoFan Sefte® are multi-award winning and have been accredited by Which? Best Buy, Quiet Mark and Expert Reviews Fan of The Year.

Ultimately, the most effective fan for you is the one that suits your room size and how you want to use it. For close-up cooling at a desk or bedside table, a compact desk fan or table air circulator is usually best. For larger rooms or cooling across a bed or sofa, a pedestal fan or larger air circulator will usually be more effective.

Look for a quiet motor, multiple fan speeds, oscillation and enough airflow for the space. MeacoFan air circulators are designed to balance strong airflow with low noise and low energy use.

Which fan is best for cooling?

A fan helps you feel cooler by moving air across your skin. It doesn’t lower the room temperature in the same way as an air conditioner, but it can make warm days feel much more comfortable.

For personal cooling, a desk or portable fan can give fast relief by moving air across your skin. For room-wide comfort, an air circulator or pedestal fan is usually a better choice because it can move air further and distribute airflow more evenly by bouncing air around the walls and ceiling.

What are the different types of fans?

There are many to choose from! Our electric fans include table air circulators, portable battery air circulators, pedestal air circulators and tower fans, giving you plenty of ways to stay comfortable.

Desk and table fans are compact and easy to position. Portable battery fans can be moved around more freely. While pedestal and large tower fans raise the airflow higher and are useful for living rooms and larger spaces.

Within those categories, different sizes and features make particular models better suited to different rooms and uses. Still not sure? Take the quiz to find the best air treatment solution for you.

How do I choose which fan is right for me?

Start with where you want to use it. Choose a desk fan for a work surface or bedside table, a cordless portable fan if you want cooling in different locations, or a pedestal fan if you want airflow higher in the room. Then compare noise level, airflow distance, oscillation, controls and timer settings.

Use our guide to choosing the right fan for more help comparing the options.

Which fan is best for sleeping in a bedroom?

The best fan for sleeping is whisper-quiet, stable and easy to control in the dark. Look for low noise levels, a night or sleep mode, dimmable display and an On/Off timer. Sefte® models are designed for whisper-quiet performance and you can turn off the display and mute beeps for a gentle night’s sleep.

What is the difference between an air circulator and a fan?

Traditional and tower fans tend to blow targeted airflow in one direction. An air circulator is designed to move air more efficiently around the room, helping create a more even feeling of cooling comfort. This makes an air circulator useful not just in summer, but whenever you want better airflow around your home. You may choose a tower fan because it can deliver a concentrated beam of airflow, different size options or because of its unique design style.
