Larger spaces need effective air conditioning and that’s what you get with the MeacoCool 10000. Specifically designed to cool bigger areas, this unit is fully portable, and has an Energy Rating of A, making it easy on your household or office bills.
This is the ideal choice for large conservatory or orangery areas, for home gyms and for bedroom suites. It’s also perfect for office spaces that don’t have enough ventilation or suffer from the heat during the summer.
Using the R290 refrigerant, the MeacoCool 10000 is also environmentally-friendly, reducing the relative humidity in your rooms to keep the air dry and cool instead of sticky. We advise that the 10000 unit is used in rooms of 18-28m².
Always in control
We know you’re looking for an air conditioning unit that cools reliably without making your room freezing and resulting in a too-cold-too-hot scenario that you can’t control. That’s why we’ve added some great features to our air conditioning series.
There are four modes – cool, fan, dry and sleep. The sleep mode reduces the speed of the fan and also the noise the unit makes – making it easier for you to cool your room and sleep soundly, however warm the night is.
We’ve also added a timer. This allows you to set the air conditioner to operate for anytime between one and 24 hours, so you can set it to come on for an hour before you go to bed, or before you get home in the evening, resulting in rooms that are the perfect temperature when you need them.
There’s a handy remote control so that you can keep an eye on your unit’s operation, and we’ve made sure that the air conditioner is easily portable so you can move it around your home or office as it’s needed.
Getting the most from your unit - window kit options
Air conditioner units work best when the hot air they are extracting is expelled outside the building. The MeacoCool comes with two types of window kits: the standard window kit and the flexible window kit. The standard window kit is suitable for sash windows, whereas the flexible window kit is suitable for all types of windows. The use of a window kit prevents warm air from outside entering the room, making the cooling more efficient.
The window kit included measures at 170cm and therefore if you're trying to cover a sliding door, there will be a small gap at the top. Alternatively, you can purchase a flexible door window kit here.
The MeacoCool comes with a 1.8m duct, this is suitable for most applications however if you need a longer duct, a 2m one can be purchased here. Ducts cannot be extended past 2m due to overheating.
Warranty
All Meaco products come with a two-year parts and labour warranty, as well as the option of extending the warranty to a total of five years.
Returns
A return charge of £30 will be deducted from refunds on all non-faulty air conditioner returns within 14 days of delivery.
