What is the warranty on my product?
Our products all have an industry leading warranty, up to 5 years on some products. Please check the product page or the instruction manual of your product for specific warranty information. Spare parts are excluded from the warranty.
Do I need to register my warranty for it to be valid?
As long as you keep hold of your proof of purchase your warranty will still be valid even if this is not registered. Registering your warranty with us online allows you to submit the proof of purchase for this to be held securely in case of misplacement. You can do this on our register your warranty page.
How do I claim on my warranty?
Please contact our customer service team so they can help with your warranty claim.
Can I extend my warranty?
Yes, you can extend your warranty on all of our products apart from our Arete range as this inclusively comes with a 5 year warranty. The warranty extension costs £60 and will give you a total of 5 years (regardless of your product), you can do this by visiting our extend your warranty page. Please note the warranty extension cannot be applied to spare parts or add-ons.
What are your warranty T&C's?

When does my warranty start?
You warranty starts from the date your order is delivered. If you purchase a warranty extension this will increase your total warranty period to 5 years from the original delivery date.

If you purchased through one of authorised re-sellers, then your warranty is valid with us. Please ensure to keep your proof of purchase or register your warranty though to keep this information safe.
If my product is repaired, how does my warranty work after this?
Your warranty period remains from the original date of delivery. This does not change after a unit has been repaired.
Can you repair my product if it's under warranty?
In a lot of instances, we can repair your unit in our workshop. Please contact our customer service team so they can look into this for you.
I brought my unit outside of mainland UK, how does my warranty work?
If you brought your unit outside of the UK, your warranty is held with the seller you purchased it from so if you have any issues with your product they should be able to help.
Is there anything you can do if I have an issue after my warranty period has ended?
If your warranty period has ended but you have a problem with your product, please contact our customer service team as they may still be able to support.
