All Meaco products (excluding spares and commercial dehumidifiers) are available for Free Next Day delivery if you order before 6pm to locations across mainland UK (exclusions apply to selected Scottish Highland postcodes), unless the product is out of stock or only available on pre-order.
At checkout you will have the option to upgrade your delivery to Morning delivery - this delivery option comes at an extra cost which will be added at checkout. Please note, Morning delivery is not available for every product. Morning delivery is available next day if you order before 6pm to locations across mainland UK (exclusions apply to selected Scottish Highland postcodes).
Saturday morning delivery is available on orders placed before Friday at 6pm and Sunday morning delivery is available on orders placed before Saturday at 6pm to locations across mainland UK (exclusions apply to selected Scottish Highland postcodes).
Returns
We really hoped you liked your Meaco product, however we understand sometimes things don't work out. If you need to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If a request is not made within 14 days from the date of delivery, we cannot accept unwanted returns. If you have requested a return but have not had a response from our team, this will still be accepted provided the request was made within the 14 days and the product is in a resalable condition.

I ordered wrong size unit, and was panicing about hbassle to cancel, but it turned out to be a nice straightforward process. Customer services got in touch before it was even shipped, and another member of the team even double checked with me that it was all sorted. They even have an AI system on the phone that actually works and seems to understand - thats a first!

Really good service. They rang me back after I made the on-line order to confirm it was suitable for my proposed use, to arrange a truck with a powered tail lift as I don't have a fork lift truck and alter the delivery address to help me out.
The unit was easy to install, looks good and works well. The only thing left for me to do now is install a permanent drain.
