Meaco Dehumidifier Survey Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Participation in this survey constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions:
Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 16 years or over.
Employees of Meaco, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.
Entrants aged 16 - 17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the official Meaco Dehumidifier Survey in full.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
The name and email address provided in the survey will be used as the official entry.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway closes at 23:59 BST on 25 September 2025.
Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
One winner will be chosen at random using a computer-generated process from all valid entries.
The winner will be notified by email within 72 working hours of the giveaway closing.
The winner must respond with their full name, contact number, and postal address within 3 days of notification.
If no response is received, Meaco reserves the right to draw another winner.
5. Prize
The prize is one (1) Meaco Arete® Two dehumidifier, sized to suit the winner’s home.
The model provided will depend on Meaco’s recommendation based on the winner’s needs.
No cash alternative is available.
If the specified prize is unavailable, Meaco may substitute it with another item of equal or greater value.
6. Review Request
Winners may be invited to share an honest review of their prize on the Meaco website.
Leaving a review is optional and has no effect on entry or eligibility.
7. Entry Validity
Meaco reserves the right to reject entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
8. Liability
Meaco accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or the use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and Meaco’s Privacy Policy.
Data will be used only for the administration of this giveaway and will not be used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
10. General
This giveaway is governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Meaco reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this giveaway or these Terms & Conditions at any time in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
