This product will be sent in either white, black or grey depending on stock availability.

I ordered a rear machine adaptor but was sent a window adaptor, when i called i was told meaco wouldn't send correct part i had to re order and return the unwanted item... I had to bring to post office to return which wasted my time queing at post office in these covid times through no fault of my own. meaco should send courier to my home when they make a mistake not put customer out.

We offer customers the 'Drop off' service when returning or exchanging items as this prevents customers from having to wait in all day for the courier. A lot of customers find the drop off more convenient as they are able to return the item at a time that suits them. We understand this is not suitable for all our customers and would like to apologise for wasting your time. Should you ever need to return or exchange an item again, please ask for a courier collection from your house and we will arrange this for you. Once again apologises for the mistake on our behalf and the inconveniences which have been caused.
