Meaco Summer Sleep Giveaway

Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

• Entry is open to UK residents aged 16 years or over, excluding employees of Meaco.
  
• Entrants aged 16 or 17 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before entering.
  
  

2. How to enter

• To enter, participants must follow the steps outlined in the official giveaway post published on Instagram on 28/07/2025.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. The entrant’s Instagram username will be recorded as their official entry.
  
  

3. Competition period

• The competition begins when the announcement post is published on Instagram and closes at 23:59 BST on 2 August 2025.
  
• Entries received after this time will not be valid.
  
  

4. Winner selection and notification

• One winner will be selected at random using a computer-generated randomiser from all valid entries.
  
• The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform they entered within 72 working hours of the competition closing.
  
• If the winner does not respond with their full name, contact number, and postal address within 3 days, Meaco reserves the right to select another winner.
  
  

5. Prize

• The prize is one (1) MeacoFan 1056 Air Circulator, a Fine Bedding Smart Temperature Duvet and (2) Smart Temperature Pillows.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize.
  
• If, for any reason, the advertised prize is unavailable, Meaco reserves the right to substitute it with another item of equal or greater value.
  
  

6. Review request

• We love hearing from our winners! If you’re selected, we may get in touch to invite you to leave an honest review of your prize on the Meaco website.
  
• Your feedback helps others and supports our business - but there's no obligation to take part, and whether or not you leave a review will not affect your entry or eligibility in any way.
  
  

7. Entry validity

• Meaco reserves the right to reject or remove any entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or are incomplete, altered, or otherwise invalid.
  
  

8. Liability

• Meaco and its associated companies will not be liable for any loss, expense, damage, or personal injury resulting from participation in this competition or acceptance of the prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  
  

9. Data protection

• Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Meaco’s Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
  
• Data will only be used to administer the competition and will not be used for marketing without express consent.
  
  

10. General

• This competition is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
• Meaco reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, in the event of circumstances beyond its control.
