Returns
We really hoped you liked your Meaco product, however we understand sometimes things don't work out. If you need to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If a request is not made within 14 days from the date of delivery, we cannot accept unwanted returns. If you have requested a return but have not had a response from our team, this will still be accepted provided the request was made within the 14 days and the product is in a resalable condition.

Bought a year ago after reading up on reviews and experiencing insane levels of condensation build up on all of my windows in my second floor 1 bed flat from around October to March the previous year to the point I was getting mould which I have never experienced before and wasn’t an issue in my previous flat, I decided to give it a shot and thought it would do a job but not stop it completely.. over a year later and I have not had a single day of condensation with around 3 hours of use some days skipping usage and I’m seriously surprised at how well this unit sucks up moisture. I have gone from 80-85% humidity to 50-65% and the flat is around 4c warmer in colder months. I also use the laundry function as it’s a nightmare to dry clothes because of the condensation and cold I’ve had to deal with and I can dry a full load of washing during winter months in around 8 hours which is a huge improvement on 3 days. After care is also great, I had to service the unit because it would no longer connect the app, I got a service report within 3 days of it being collected and they not only swapped out the main board they also found temperature sensor and return air sensor were faulty and replaced those as well which I was amazed at considering I hadn’t mentioned anything in my warranty claim but had thought the lowest humidity level achieved being 60% a bit off but thought it was normal so hats off to them for inspecting everything on the unit rather than doing what most companies do…

This is very quiet when it’s running, easy to set up on the app, the laundry setting and night mode are nice features that work well.
