Overview

We are a fast-growing air treatment company seeking an Email and CRM Specialist to join our team of 30. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience working in email marketing or CRM. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and optimising our email marketing and CRM activities across the UK and Germany, driving engagement and conversions through data-driven strategies. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Director to:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability, engagement, and ROI.
Oversee the CRM system, ensuring accurate segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
Analyse and report on email and CRM performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation.
Implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty through email and CRM initiatives.
Create and maintain automated workflows and nurture campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing team colleagues on SEO and affiliate projects where needed.
Coordinate with the Brand Director to ensure email copy aligns with the brand tone and messaging.

About you

Has a proven track record in email marketing and CRM management, preferably within an eCommerce setting.
Is highly detail-oriented, with strong organisational and project management skills.
Can work independently and proactively while also collaborating effectively in a small team.

Thrives under pressure, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.

Experience

3+ years in email marketing or CRM roles.
Hands-on experience Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

Ecommerce Manager | Marketing

Overview

We are a fast-growing air treatment company seeking an Ecommerce Manager to join our team of 35. We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead our online strategy and drive performance across our Shopify stores in multiple markets. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for the management and performance of Meaco’s ecommerce websites including meaco.com, eu.meaco.com/de and eu.meaco.com/fr, plus more as we expand. This role includes leading a significant website redevelopment project to enhance user experience, scalability and functionality. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, digitally fluent, and capable of leading ecommerce operations across multiple territories.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Director and Website Developer to:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations for Meaco (U.K.) Limited and Meaco DE GmbH’s ecommerce website’s ensuring optimal functionality, localisation and performance.
Manage all relationships with 3rd party platforms and services.
Consistently test UX, UI, customer journeys and site usage as well as responding to stakeholder and customer feedback to improve the shopping journey.
Responsible for cyber security of the sites.
Work closely with the Ecommerce Executive on the implementation and development of marketplaces.
Lead a website redevelopment project from planning through to execution.
Launch new Shopify storefronts as Meaco grow into additional European markets.
Work with distributors to provide recommendations for their own sites.
Collaborate with external agencies on PPC and SEO to drive traffic and conversions.
Collaborate with internal Email, Social and Affiliate Managers to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor key ecommerce KPI’s and use analytics tools to track performance, identify opportunities and guide data-driven decisions.
Produce regular reporting on sales, traffic, conversion, AOV and customer behaviour across all markets.
Continuously improve the onsite customer experience, focusing on navigation, speed, checkout efficiency and mobile responsiveness.
Identify and implement CRO strategies through testing and iteration.

About you

We’re looking for a confident professional who:

Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, affiliate, email marketing and analytics.
A deep understanding of ecommerce trends and best practices.
Commercially focused with a strong grasp of consumer behaviour.
Highly organised, self-motivated and able to juggle multiple projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

5+ years of experience in ecommerce with a strong focus on Shopify (ideally Shopify Plus).
Proven experience managing international or multi-site ecommerce operations.
Proven experience managing CRO projects.
