Overview

We are a fast-growing air treatment company seeking an Email and CRM Specialist to join our team of 30. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience working in email marketing or CRM. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and optimising our email marketing and CRM activities across the UK and Germany, driving engagement and conversions through data-driven strategies. This position suits someone who thrives in a small, collaborative team environment, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to implement impactful changes within a fast-growing eCommerce business.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Brand Director to:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring high deliverability, engagement, and ROI.
  • Oversee the CRM system, ensuring accurate segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
  • Analyse and report on email and CRM performance, providing actionable insights for optimisation.
  • Implement strategies for customer retention and loyalty through email and CRM initiatives.
  • Create and maintain automated workflows and nurture campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing team colleagues on SEO and affiliate projects where needed.
  • Coordinate with the Brand Director to ensure email copy aligns with the brand tone and messaging.

About you

We’re looking for a confident professional who:

  • Has a proven track record in email marketing and CRM management, preferably within an eCommerce setting.
  • Is highly detail-oriented, with strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Can work independently and proactively while also collaborating effectively in a small team.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Thrives under pressure, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.

Experience

  • 3+ years in email marketing or CRM roles
  • Hands-on experience Klaviyo and Mailchimp
