Cirro+® 16000 BTU Super Quiet Inverter Smart Portable Air Conditioner - Cooling Only

Portable air conditioners are often associated with high noise levels, especially when used in bedrooms or living spaces. Meaco Cirro® was designed to change that.

With Super Quiet mode operating at just 42dB, Cirro® runs at around half the perceived noise level of previous Meaco portable air conditioners, creating a calmer and more comfortable environment while still delivering powerful cooling performance. While decibels are measured logarithmically, the reduction in operational noise is designed to feel significantly quieter to the human ear.

This quieter performance is achieved through an advanced Dual-Wrapped Compressor design, using layers of cotton wool and silicone insulation to help absorb vibration and reduce sound without compromising cooling power.

Whether you are working from home, relaxing in the evening or trying to sleep during a summer heatwave, Cirro® is designed to cool your space more quietly in the background.

The Meaco Cirro+® Super Quiet Inverter range delivers a smarter and more efficient approach to portable air conditioning.

Unlike traditional air conditioners that repeatedly switch on and off at full power, Cirro® Inverter technology adjusts its cooling output smoothly to maintain your chosen temperature using only the energy needed. This helps reduce running costs, minimise temperature fluctuations and keep operation quieter overall.

A simple way to think about it is like cruise control in a car. Once you set your speed, the system automatically maintains it without constantly accelerating and braking. In the same way, Cirro® continuously adapts its performance to keep your room comfortably cool without repeatedly restarting at full power.

This smoother and more controlled way of cooling creates a more stable indoor environment throughout the day and night while supporting the exceptionally quiet experience Cirro® is designed for.

The result is cooling that feels effortless — powerful when needed, quiet in the background and more efficient every day.

Unlike traditional portable air conditioners that often prioritise function over form, Cirro® has been thoughtfully designed to complement modern interiors.

Created by Meaco’s in-house UK design team, Cirro® takes inspiration from the clean styling of the popular Arete® and Sefte® ranges, with a softer and more refined aesthetic that blends naturally into the home.

From its sleek silhouette and subtle detailing to the contemporary Warm Pebble colourway, every element has been carefully considered to feel more at home in bedrooms, living rooms and home offices. The large front display also allows you to clearly see both the current and target temperature from across the room, making everyday use simpler and more intuitive.

With smart app control, voice compatibility through Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, and a built-in on/off timer, Cirro® makes it easy to create the perfect indoor climate around your routine.

Using the Meaco app, you can adjust temperatures, change modes and schedule cooling directly from your phone, wherever you are in the home. This is especially useful for everyday family life, allowing you to adjust the temperature in a child’s bedroom without needing to go into the room and risk disturbing their sleep.

You can also pre-cool your bedroom before you go upstairs or switch Cirro® on before you arrive home, so a cool and comfortable space is waiting for you after a warm day. The built-in timer function allows you to schedule both on and off times, helping you stay comfortable while using energy more efficiently. During UK heatwaves, the higher-capacity 16000 BTU output helps Cirro® cool larger rooms more effectively while still maintaining a quiet overnight operation.

More than just an air conditioner, Cirro® combines cooling, drying and fan-only modes in one versatile unit to help you stay comfortable throughout changing summer conditions.

Cooling mode quickly reduces room temperature during hot weather, while the built-in drying mode helps remove excess moisture from the air during humid days, heavy rainfall and thunderstorms, helping rooms feel fresher and less sticky.

When active cooling is not needed, fan-only mode gently circulates air around the room for lighter everyday comfort.
