Mainland UK delivery options
All Meaco products (excluding spares) are available for Free Next Day delivery if you order before 5:30pm to locations across mainland UK, unless the product is out of stock or only available on pre-order. At checkout you will have the option to upgrade your delivery to Morning delivery - this delivery option comes at an extra cost which will be added at checkout. It is not available for every product.
Our deliveries are made by DPD who provide our customers with a fast and reliable service. If a mobile number was provided at checkout, on the morning of delivery you will receive a text message from DPD with an hour’s delivery time slot and a link to track the driver delivering your parcel.
Ordering more than one item?
If your order contains more than one item we do our best to deliver all items at the same time, sometimes this isn't possible and items in your order will arrive separately. We will provide you with tracking information for all items in your order.
Delivery to work, a friend or collection point?
If you are unable to accept delivery of your parcel at home due to work or other commitments, enter an alternative delivery address at checkout for example a work address, a friend’s address or a neighbour’s address. Due to the value of our products unfortunately the option to leave the parcel in a safe place is not possible, however you can choose to have your parcel taken to a local DPD shop for collection. This can only be done once you have received your delivery information from DPD on the morning of delivery.
Delivery of larger products
Delivery of commercial dehumidifiers (those over 30kgs) are delivered via a curb side palletised service to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. We will contact you if we require any further information regarding the delivery.
Deliveries with an extra charge
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Isle of Wight will be sent on Next Day Delivery using DPD however they may take a little long to get to you. Orders are generally received within 2-3 working days. There is a surcharge for delivery of all products delivered to these areas (excluding spare parts) which will be added at checkout.

Damaged in transit
If your product is damaged in transit please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with images of the damage. To contact us, click here.
