All Meaco products (excluding spares and commercial dehumidifiers) are available for Free Next Day delivery if you order before 6pm to locations across mainland UK (exclusions apply to selected Scottish Highland postcodes), unless the product is out of stock or only available on pre-order.
At checkout you will have the option to upgrade your delivery to Morning delivery - this delivery option comes at an extra cost which will be added at checkout. Please note, Morning delivery is not available for every product. Morning delivery is available next day if you order before 6pm to locations across mainland UK (exclusions apply to selected Scottish Highland postcodes).
Saturday morning delivery is available on orders placed before Friday at 6pm and Sunday morning delivery is available on orders placed before Saturday at 6pm to locations across mainland UK (exclusions apply to selected Scottish Highland postcodes).
Returns
We really hoped you liked your Meaco product, however we understand sometimes things don't work out. If you need to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If a request is not made within 14 days from the date of delivery, we cannot accept unwanted returns. If you have requested a return but have not had a response from our team, this will still be accepted provided the request was made within the 14 days and the product is in a resalable condition.

Placed the order on line confirmed very quickly and delivered within a matter of days. Excellent service. This was to replace the controls l have miss placed.

Arrived not working, the little plastic tab was missing and unlike other batteries this one was not even in a clear sealable bag. After back and forth with emails to customer service I was asked to provide a video of me attempting to get the remote to work. Firstly I cannot see how this can show the remote not working but more importantly I’m just not that savvy to produce, attach & send a video. Being in my 70’s and living alone makes this an impossible task. I have had no response to my email and left with a faulty battery/remote. Very poor after care service, bitterly disappointed as the Meacofans are brilliant (when working,) Without a response do I just reorder another one but that would double the original cost of £19.99 which I just cannot afford so I am unable to use my fan.
