We ordered two of these fans early in the summer and they have made a huge difference to living, working and sleeping during these multiple heatwaves. We have a standard floor fan which never made it out of the loft because it is noisy and too powerful. We've been relying more on personal fans which are gentler. I was heavily considering portable air con but put off by the price, storage and minimal use. I did some research on AI and these fans were recommended because I wanted something quiet. They also have a very gentle setting, like a breeze from a window so for the first time we can sleep with a fan on. We love the remote control and the size means it can fit on a desk at close range as well as cool our living room with it's wide oscillator. The cost is premium but I feel it was worth it for our wellbeing.
- AnonymousVerified Buyer2 months agoRated 3 out of 5 starsFunctional fan but not quiet
Advertised as the fan needed for a cool night sleep that doesn't come with the added noise. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case for me. It continually squeaks at the rotor hub, and I have already followed their cleaning instructions and troubleshooting steps outlined in their manual. Emailed customer support 20-working-days ago and I am yet to hear back.

It's really quiet and blows out cold air, I love it!
