We really hoped you liked your Meaco product, however we understand sometimes things don't work out. If you need to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If a request is not made within 14 days from the date of delivery, we cannot accept unwanted returns. i live in a small 1 bed flat and had mould issues last year. ha came and washed the walls and painted with mould paint. told me it was mainly me and moisture traps creating all the condensation. after doing all the usual damp preventing measures, i still got damp. i got the meacodry arete one as it was endorsed by which? i put it in the bedroom to start as it was the problem area, but it was too noisy for me and i moved it to the hallway. keeping all the doors open it really works well keeping moisture down. i have 2 moisture traps on my bedroom window to keep an eye on the moisture at that point. i also tried it with the washing cycle near my airer with a tower fan blowing from the other end. now my flat is small and only 7 years old and very well insulated, too well insulated really as it contributes to condensation and damp. so this little machine is excellent and i cannot believe how much condensation we actually produce without even thinking. this will really open your eyes and i would highly recommend if the budget allows

I bought 2 of these as I live in an old flat with poor ventilation and dreadful double glazing, often the smell of damp could be smelt...joys of old buildings converted i to flats in the 80's. These have changed my flat from a damp smelling stuffy home into a fresh smelling cleaner air.
Sound wise they are hardly noticeable, I have them running day and night and had no issues with sleep, if anything my sleep has improved.
Running g both have not increased my electricity bill at all, very economical to run.
I would highly recommend this item, I feel it will be a work horse in winter as I will dry washing using the laundry setting, thus will suck all moisture from clothing.
