Returns
We really hoped you liked your Meaco product, however we understand sometimes things don't work out. If you need to make a return, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. If a request is not made within 14 days from the date of delivery, we cannot accept unwanted returns. If you have requested a return but have not had a response from our team, this will still be accepted provided the request was made within the 14 days and the product is in a resalable condition.

Faulty product. Control panel malfunctions and cannot periodically turn it on or off or switch modes. Return and refund requested and completed within 14 days but no acknowledgement received. Called customer services to confirm my request completed online but still no acknowledgement. After sales service is a major concern ! 😟
