Meaco are one of Rachel Cawthorn’s sponsors and we try and keep a close eye on her progress and our fingers crossed that she does not pick up any injuries or ilnesses.  Although Rachel performed fantastically well over the past few years she has to impress the selectors this year to earn the right to take part in the Olympics.  Stage one of that process were the National Regatta spints earlier in April where she came first in the K1 over 200m and 500m.

All seems to be going to plan and we just now have a nervous wait for more news as the GB squad are put through more race offs before the final team is announced.

Good luck Rachel!
