We don't sell everything that we get offered, in fact we reject more units from manufacturers than we sell.  When we look at a model we evaluate it's size, shape, weight, noise, features, prices, build quality and warranty before we decide whether to offer it to you the customer.  We try the machines out and we make a judgment as to what they will be like to live with.  Only once we have been through this process will we add a dehumidifier or an air conditioner to our portfolio.
